• Conveyor oven with two heated zones
• Each zone has forced air circulation & is served by a stainless steel flat conveyor
• For thermal setting of stainless steel & carbon steel rings before nitro-carburising
• Operating temperature: 50 - 640°C;
• Belt speed: 34mm/minute (variable - 80mm/minute maximum)
• Integral stainless steel forced cooling zone cools the components after heating
• Maximum power - 36kW

• Two conveyor ovens for the heat treatment of a range of power springs
• Each oven has a throughput of 1000 items/hour
• Operating temperature 50-280°C
• Temperature uniformity ±3°C at any one point on the belt to within 25mm of the edge of the belt and to within 250mm of the start of the entry and exit vestibules
• Belt width: 300mm
• Heated length: 1800mm (in two equal parts of 900mm)
• Overall length: 3000mm
• Belt speed: 67mm/minute (variable)
• Heating is provided by incolloy sheahed mineral insulated rod elements
• Air circulation is provided in each zone by 1 off power fan impeller
• The oven is served by a lightweight stainlesss steel mesh flat bed conveyor
• Belt speed is variable up to 400mm/minute
• An exhaust vent fitted with an adjustable damper is provided in each zone
