400°C, 500°C & 600°C Clean room ovens (HT CR)

• Designed for applications within Class 1000 environments;
• Maximum operating temperatures of 400°C, 500°C & 600°C;
• Chamber capcities from 28-1000 litres;
• Construction incorporates total sealing of the insulation and a totally enclosed motor fan ensuring the least possible contamination of the clean room;
• Adjustable chamber ventilation to exhaust any fumes;
• Polished stainless steel inner chamber is fully externally welded, permitting the use of inert gases (the gas inlet is optional and is not fitted as standard);
• Fan assisted air circulation by totally enclosed fan ventilated motor
• Outer case fabricated from zine coated steel, finished with a smooth glossy epoxy/polyester white coating;
• High effieiency heating from mineral insulated metal sheathed elements which pass through the seals into the inner chamber;
• Low thermal mass insulation material sealed between the inner and outer chamber provides maximum thermal efficiency;
• Silicone rubber door seal minimises heat loss;
• Double skin construction ensures a cool safe outer case temperature;
• Punched stainless steel shelves included as standard.
